Nowadays, most of us already know why we should eat organic food, but many have distorted information thanks to the media, which does not support this direction, or are fed by some other lobby that does not want the average person to stop buying the goods of the big markets.
Nevertheless, a wise person with common sense realises that this simple label is not a fashion trend, but a guarantee that fruit and vegetables are grown as we would grow them in our own gardens if we had the space and time - without chemicals, with respect for nature and in a natural environment.
