Abies lasiocarpa 'COMPACTA' dwarf subalpine fir
Dwarf subalpine fir is another jewel among silver-blue conifers. It grows slowly and is suitable for even the smallest of gardens, for rockeries or as a complement of any evergreen arrangement. The needles are about 2cm long, stiff, flattened, bright blue with a white stripe on top. The older it gets the denser it is.
