Description of the plant
The name of this coneflower sounds a bit like paparazzi but belongs to a much more pleasant perennial. It has showy, full flowers of pink colour with full centre and shorter petals. The flower looks like a funny stocking cap. Fully hardy to about -40°C (USDA zone 3).
