Humát kyselý is a natural product made from peat, designed especially for acid‑loving plants such as blueberries, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, or heathers. It works like a “vitamin boost” – it supports rooting, growth, and flowering, improves nutrient uptake, and keeps the soil pleasantly acidic. Thanks to this, plants become stronger, cope better with stress (drought, frost, transplanting), and reward you with richer harvests or more abundant blooms.

What it can do: Stimulates root development and overall vitality of acid‑loving plants, improves nutrient absorption, and helps maintain acidic soil conditions.

What it cannot do: It does not cure diseases or kill pests – it is not a fungicide or insecticide. It also does not supply nutrients like a classic fertilizer; its effect is supportive and long‑term.

What to use instead: If you need to add nutrients, combine it with fertilizers for blueberries and rhododendrons (e.g. Kristalon Blueberry & Rhododendron). If you are dealing with plant diseases, use specialized fungicides (such as Magnicur Energy or Magnicur Core).
Humát kyselý is an aqueous extract of high‑quality black peat with a high content of humic and fulvic acids. These substances act as natural chelators – they bind nutrients in the soil and make them more available to plant roots. They also stimulate enzymatic processes, enhance protein synthesis and photosynthesis, and increase the permeability of cell membranes, which facilitates water and mineral uptake. With a slightly acidic pH (around 4.5–5.5), the product is particularly suitable for acidophilic species, which often suffer from nutrient deficiencies in ordinary soils. The product is certified for use in organic farming.

Application: watering (approx. 2 ml per 1 l of water), foliar spray, or root dipping before planting; repeated every 2–3 weeks during the growing season.

- STANDARD QUALITY - Plants of this group are 1st class quality with number of branches and overall density adequate to their size and age, considering they were container grown.
- DE LUXE QUALITY - This label guarantees a luxurious quality of manually selected plants that, compared to their height and age, are exceptionally dense and beautiful.
- EXTRA - These plants are usually mature and bigger specimens with exceptional overall appearance.
- STANDARD (as described in the plant form) means a tree with a trunk of 190-210 cm and a crown at the top, unless specified differently. The commercial size for trees is their girth measured in the height of 1m from ground.
- HOBBY - These plants are of the same quality as our standard-quality plants but younger and therefore cheaper.
- SHRUB - a woody plant with branches growing bushy from the ground level.
- HALF-STANDARD or MINI-STANDARD - a small tree with shorter trunk, its size is usually specified.
- FEATHERED - These are trees with branches growing already from the base of the trunk and up along the stem.
- GRASSES and PERENNIALS - Sizes given usually read the diameter of the pot or the clump, as specified.
