Phlox paniculata 'JUNIOR DREAM'® perennial phlox

Junior Dream® is a perennial phlox that comes from controlled breeding programme. It was invented by MartVester from the Netherlands in 1998, and it was patented under PP16,104 in 2004.
Junior Dream® phlox makes about 65 cm tall stems with compact panicles of coral pink flowers with a deep purple-red eye. Each inflorescence may consist up to 36 flowers that come out from early July until end August, possibly early September. Deciduous leaves are mid green, lanceolate.
Growing phlox is easy. It likes almost any garden soil, fertile or poor, but with enough nutrients the flowering will be heavier and the plant will not suffer common phlox diseases. They are long-lived plants that will stay in your garden until you dig them out. Sunny location is preferred but will flower in partial shade, too. Hardy to about -34°C (USDA zone 4).
