Symbivit (arbuscular)Westzeit® is another fantastic novelty from 2004. It is a compact rose that is ideal for growing both as a shrub and a standard rose as it keeps its shape and size when made into a crown on top of a short stem. It produces abundance of deep apricot orange flowers on the background of deep green foliage. The leaves emerge rich burgundy red and change to deep olive green when mature. In the autumn the foliage turns burgundy red again and in spite of being deciduous the leaves remain on the plant for an incredible long time. Westzeit® repeats flowering from June until November and is disease-free. Awarded ADR in 2007.
Planting instructions: Prepare a hole of size 30x30 cm. Put your rose in the way that the grafting point is 3 cm deep in the soil. Water well and cover new shoots with soil or bark mulch about 15 cm high. Roses tolerate wide range of soils but thrive in deep, humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil, in full sun.
Pruning: Cut the branches in halves in autumn and prune hard to 3-5 live buds in spring after danger of frosts.

- DE LUXE QUALITY - This label guarantees a luxurious quality of manually selected plants that, compared to their height and age, are exceptionally dense and beautiful.
- EXTRA - These plants are usually mature and bigger specimens with exceptional overall appearance.
- STANDARD (as described in the plant form) means a tree with a trunk of 190-210 cm and a crown at the top, unless specified differently. The commercial size for trees is their girth measured in the height of 1m from ground.
- HOBBY - These plants are of the same quality as our standard-quality plants but younger and therefore cheaper.
- SHRUB - a woody plant with branches growing bushy from the ground level.
- HALF-STANDARD or MINI-STANDARD - a small tree with shorter trunk, its size is usually specified.
- FEATHERED - These are trees with branches growing already from the base of the trunk and up along the stem.
- GRASSES and PERENNIALS - Sizes given usually read the diameter of the pot or the clump, as specified.
