Deciduous broadleaf Summer blooms |
Weigelas are valuable garden shrubs that grow freely in almost any soil and require little maintenance. “Nana Variegata” is a very attractive variety with white variegated oval leaves and funnel shaped pink flowers. This deciduous shrub grows about 1.5m tall and wide. It is not unusual to find flowers of more than one shade of pink on one plant at the same time. It thrives in semi-fertile, slightly moist soil, preferably in full sun. Prune right after flowering to a third or half on new growths. Flowers on last year’s wood. Fully hardy.
